In 2006, the team initially met in June. Basic introductions aside, the team reviewed last years project, and investigated future meeting dates as well as discussing the focus for the establishment of this assessors network.

The assessor's network will provide critical analysis of assessment strategies and tools and provide input to improve the quality and consitency of assessing competency of child care workers within the region.
